Celebrating Our Amazing Year 11 Leavers

As another school year comes to a close, we’ve had the privilege of celebrating an unforgettable milestone with our Year 11 students at last Friday’s Leavers Do. Held at the centre, the event was a joyful occasion filled with laughter, memories and a real sense of accomplishment. It was wonderful to see our students come together to mark the end of their time with us in such a positive and uplifting way.

This year, more than ever, our Year 11s have demonstrated incredible resilience, determination and maturity. They’ve overcome challenges with strength and shown unwavering commitment to their learning and personal growth. Their progress, both academically and personally, is something all of us at The Element are extremely proud of.

Our dedicated staff have supported these students throughout their journey, and it’s been truly rewarding to watch them grow into confident, capable individuals, ready to take on the next chapter. Saying goodbye is never easy, and it’s safe to say they will be deeply missed by everyone here.

To our Year 11s: we are so proud of you. As you move on to new adventures—whether that’s college, apprenticeships or other exciting paths—know that you’ll always have a home here at The Element. We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way, and we can’t wait to see all that you go on to achieve.
